The typical parking lot is paved with asphalt, although some are concrete or gravel lots, and occasionally newer lots are surfaced with permeable paving materials designed to allow water to flow through the surface. DRYCO has the capability and experience to construct and maintain any of these types of parking lots, and we ensure that each lot we build is designed for the correct usage. Too often, parking lots are under-engineered and are unable to hold up to larger vehicles such as garbage trucks or moving vans. Another commonly overlooked issue is the integrated landscape irrigation—you will usually find failed pavement near lawn areas due to saturation of sub-grade from over watering to keep the lawns green.
